Originals è il brand lifestyle di Adidas che ogni stagione, attraverso progetti come Originals by Originals, ci invita a celebrare l’originalità e l’autenticità insite in ognuno di noi. La PE 09 di Originals by Originals presenta tre mini-collezioni di calzature e capi uomo-donna nate dalla collaborazione con Kazuki, Alyasha e Jeremy Scott. Ciascun designer ha concepito tre differenti proposte urban fashion, reinterpretando e personalizzando i modelli della linea Originals.
Kazuki ha disegnato una collezione streetwear fortemente stilizzata, caratterizzata da dettagli come zip invisibili e impermeabili, scarpe da basket modello KBall arricchite da materiali esclusivi. Alyasha invece ha attualizzato linee classiche americane degli anni ‘40 e ’50: calzature Jivebomber in stile Oxford con suole modello sneaker, capi in cotone pesante e materiali naturali con particolari vintage e grafiche in stile college.Jeremy Scott ha infine mescolato, in un efficace gioco di contrasti, linee classiche e sportive con paillettes e stampe leopardate, arrivando addirittura a proporre uno smoking interamente in jersey. Complessivamente 92 capi sperimentali e d’avanguardia che saranno distribuiti in esclusiva presso le boutique e punti vendita più selezionati al mondo.
Originals is Adidas’ lifestyle brand which, through projects like Originals by Originals, invites us each season to celebrate our inborn originality and authenticity. PE 09 of Originals by Originals presents three mini collections of footwear, men’s and women’s clothing born from a collaboration with Kazuki, Alyasha and Jeremy Scott. By providing a reinterpretation and a personalised version of the models of Originals line each designer worked out three different urban fashion proposals.Kazuki designed a highly stylised streetwear collection, featuring details such as invisible and waterproof zips, and model Kball basket shoes enriched with exclusive materials. Alyasha, instead, realised classic American lines of the ‘Forties and ‘Fifties: Oxford style Jivebomber footwear with sneaker soles, items in thick cotton and natural materials with vintage details and college-style graphic decorations. Jeremy Scott effectively contrasted classic and sports lines with sequins and printed leopard skin, and went as far as to propose a jersey dinner suit. As a result, ninety-two experimental and avant-garde items will be franchised to the world’s most select boutiques and outlets.
