Premium Young Designers Award Spring-Summer 2012
Fondato nel 2005, il Premium Young Designers Award, è uno dei concorsi più importanti per i fashion designer emergenti. Organizzato e promosso da Premium International Fashion Trade Show, il contest è suddiviso in tre categorie: abbigliamento uomo, donna e accessori. Il 5 luglio 2011, in occasione della scorsa edizione di Premium Exhibitions Berlin, sono stati premiati i tre vincitori del P.Y.D.A. presso lo store F95 di Berlino. Karlotta Wilde per la categoria womenswear, Marc Stone per la categoria menswear e Vonschwanenflügelpupke per gli accessori. Le collezioni vincitrici sono state esposte dal 6 all’8 luglio presso Premium Berlin mentre dal 1 al 16 luglio, sempre a Berlino presso Galeries Lafayette, è stata esposta una selezione dei capi realizzati dai vincitori (Liebig, Sleep is Commercial and Maripossa) della precedente edizione che hanno visto le loro creazioni presentate nella vetrina che si affaccia sulla Französische Strasse.
Started in 2005, Premium Young Designers Award is one of the most important contests for up-and-coming fashion designers. Organised and promoted by Premium International Fashion Trade Show, the contest is subdivided into three sections: men’s wear, women’s wear and accessories. On July 5, 2011, during the latest edition of Premium Exhibitions Berlin, the three winners of P.Y.D.A. were awarded a prize at Store F95, Berlin: Karlotta Wilde for women’s wear, Marc Stone for men’s wear, and Vonschwanenflugelpupke for accessories. The winning collections were on display from 6 to 8 July at Premium, Berlin; from 1 to 16 July, at Galeries Lafayette, Berlin, a selection of the items realised by the winners of the previous edition (Liebig, Sleep is Commercial and Maripossa) was on show in the window looking out on Franzosische Strasse.
