Parajumpers – Masterpiece
The Italian brand Parajumpers owes its name to the Alaska-based 210th Rescue Squadron, a paramilitary brigade engaged in extreme international rescue operations ranging from shipwrecks to mountain climbers in desperate straits. The courage and strength of these men have inspired the iconic proposal Masterpiece, technically innovative, functional, ethically sustainable jackets particularly suitable for their performance in adverse weather conditions, whose hoods are finished in North American coyote or raccoon fur. With their new creation Masterpiece Base, Parajumpers offers a metropolitan interpretation of their traditional production. The idea is to further refine the concept of urban minimalism by emphasizing the distinctive features of Masterpiece jackets and making them lighter by removing the Velcro strap and the fur.
