ART AT LAZZARI: ENRICO MARCATO

Enrico Marcato’s works are immediately recognisable, such as his multicoloured installations made with discarded Roman cobblestones collected in St. Peter’s Square. His artistic vision sees the potential beauty in urban waste. Debris and wreckage are recreated and, in Marcato’s hands, become more alive and joyful than they had ever been.
